Because of historically low rainfall and snowpack, the ranch is exceptionally dry, making fires a significant risk. Therefore, the board requests that everyone staying at the ranch avoid making campfires.

Because of the exceptionally dry year, the aquifers supplying the wells are also at very low levels. The board is urging everyone staying at the ranch to conserve water as much as possible. You can still use the facilities, but please be mindful of your usage. If you use the bathrooms or showers, try to use them as you would an RV shower.
